Designed for the Tokyo Marui M9A1 and M92F gas blowback magazines, this upgraded router seal is built to improve gas flow, reduce leakage and give more consistent cycling performance.

Laylax / Nine Ball put a fair bit of engineering into this one rather than just moulding a basic rubber seal. The design uses:

improved crimp tension

gas leakage control ribs

optimised gas outlet positioning

and a smoother internal gas route

all aimed at improving the overall balance of:

gas flow

pressure consistency

blowback performance

and shot-to-shot efficiency

The internal shape is designed to reduce gas resistance as it travels through the magazine route, helping the pistol cycle more consistently while improving gas usage efficiency. Nine Ball also tested different outlet sizes and positions extensively to optimise performance and blowback feel.

The material itself is specially designed to remain flexible in colder conditions, helping maintain a better seal during lowertemperatures where standard rubber seals can harden and performance starts falling away. The addition of a special low-friction treatment also helps improve sliding performance and long-term durability.
