A good piston head doesn't just help with air seal and efficiency, it can also reduce stress on internal components and improve the overall smoothness of the gearbox cycle.

The Lonex Silent POM Piston Head is manufactured from durable POM polymer and features a ventilated design to help expand the O-ring under compression, improving the air seal between the piston head and cylinder. The lightweight construction also helps keep reciprocating mass down, making it well suited to both repair builds and performance-focused setups.

A built-in rubber impact pad helps cushion the piston as it reaches the end of its travel, reducing gearbox noise and helping to absorb some of the impact forces generated during operation. The bearing-equipped design allows the spring to rotate more freely during compression, helping reduce spring binding and unnecessary stress on the drivetrain.
