At Bullseye Country Sport, we've found that replacing a damaged gearbox shell isn't always as straightforward as fitting a standard Version 2 replacement. Many G&G ETU-equipped rifles use gearbox-specific features that can catch builders out when sourcing replacement parts, making it important to choose the correct shell for the job.

This genuine G&G Version 2 gearbox shell is designed specifically for G&G AEGs equipped with the G&G ETU electronic trigger and MOSFET system. Designed to accept 8mm bearings or bushings, it's an ideal replacement for cracked, damaged or worn gearbox shells while maintaining compatibility with the original G&G electronics and selector components.

Compatibility Note: This is not a universal Version 2 gearbox shell. G&G ETU gearboxes utilise proprietary features, including G&G-specific selector system geometry and the reinforced tappet plate design used in compatible gearbox assemblies. Compatibility with standard aftermarket Version 2 gearbox components should not be assumed. This shell is supplied without a tappet plate, making it ideal for repairs where the original tappet plate remains serviceable or is being replaced separately.
