At Bullseye Country Sport, when an EFCS-equipped rifle starts developing firing issues, the control unit is often one of the first places to look. This Electronic Firing Control System (E.F.C.S.) Circuit Unit is a replacement electronic control unit designed for front-wired ARES M4 and M16 rifles fitted with the EFCS gearbox system.

Using a precision magnetic sensor, the unit monitors piston position to help ensure consistent operation while delivering the fast trigger response that EFCS-equipped rifles are known for. Unlike traditional trigger contacts, the electronic design is less susceptible to contamination from dust and grease, helping to maintain reliable performance over time.

The circuit unit is designed to withstand firing currents of up to approximately 30A and is capable of handling rapid semi-automatic firing. It also features adjustable trigger stroke functionality, allowing users to fine-tune trigger travel to suit their preference. When paired with the separately available ARES EFCS Programmer (EFCS-P-001), users can also configure firing modes and battery settings within compatible EFCS-equipped rifles. Available firing mode options include Safe/Semi/Auto, Safe/Semi/Burst, Safe/Burst/Auto and Safe/Semi/Semi.

As a genuine ARES replacement component, this unit is intended specifically for ARES EFCS gearboxes and is not compatible with standard AEG gearbox systems.
